Dil To Pagal Hai: A Bollywood Musical Romance
Dil To Pagal Hai (The Heart Is Crazy) is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language musical romance film directed by Yash Chopra. The film follows the love lives of four dancers who are part of a musical troupe. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Karisma Kapoor and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles.

The film was a critical and commercial success, winning several awards and accolades. It was the second highest-grossing Indian film of 1997, behind Border. It also became the first Bollywood film to be shot in Germany. The film's soundtrack, composed by Uttam Singh, was one of the best-selling albums of the year.
Plot
The film revolves around Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan), a dancer and choreographer who runs a musical troupe called Maya. He is in search of his ideal partner, whom he calls Maya, after his muse. He believes that Maya is somewhere in this world and he will meet her someday.
Pooja (Madhuri Dixit) is a talented dancer who loves dancing but has to give up her passion due to her family's financial problems. She agrees to marry Ajay (Akshay Kumar), a childhood friend who is in love with her.
Nisha (Karisma Kapoor) is Rahul's best friend and the lead dancer of his troupe. She is secretly in love with Rahul but never expresses her feelings.
One day, Nisha injures her leg during a rehearsal and Rahul has to find a replacement for her. He meets Pooja, who impresses him with her dancing skills. He invites her to join his troupe and she agrees, hoping to fulfill her dream of dancing.
Rahul and Pooja start working together and develop a close bond. They realize that they are each other's Maya, but they are unaware of each other's feelings. Meanwhile, Nisha recovers from her injury and returns to the troupe. She becomes jealous of Pooja and tries to sabotage her relationship with Rahul.
Ajay visits Pooja and asks her to marry him soon. Pooja agrees, but she is confused about her feelings for Rahul. She decides to leave the troupe after the final show and marry Ajay.
On the day of the final show, Rahul confesses his love to Pooja on stage, in front of the audience. Pooja is shocked and runs away from him. She meets Ajay at the airport and tells him that she loves Rahul. Ajay understands and lets her go.
Pooja returns to Rahul and they embrace each other. Nisha also realizes that Rahul and Pooja are meant for each other and wishes them happiness.
